Normal order processing is between 1-3 business days.
Unless another shipping method is chosen and paid for by the customer, the default service(s) are
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment. Customers are encouraged to use this information to track their orders.
Delivery Delays and/or Lost Shipments:
Shipping can at times be unpredictable. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments as these are events beyond our control. Refunds are generally not offered for delivery delays or lost shipments.
Customers are encouraged to let us know if their purchase is impacted by a delivery delay or lost package, we will assist to the best of our ability. We will address such issues on a case-by-case basis.
